Humphrey Management is joining forces with Stavrou Associates to create another thriving community in the Mid-Atlantic region. The latest community project is located in scenic Elkton, Maryland, with convenient access to I-95 and easy commutes to Baltimore, Wilmington, and Philadelphia. Building has begun on the site and the community will begin leasing in August 2013.
This new community will consist of 84 manor home apartments. With the manor home design, each resident will have their own private entrance into their apartment and many homes will include a private garage. The innovative apartments provide the comfort of a single-family home with the amenities and affordability of an apartment community. These beautiful one, two, and three bedroom homes will feature spacious floor plans with open great rooms, chic lighting, and energy efficient appliance packages.
Residents will enjoy spending time in the community clubhouse, fitness center, and business center, or strolling the beautifully landscaped grounds.
As we move closer to the grand opening and naming of this new community, we will post more information, so stay tuned!
