Humphrey Management is pleased to announce the recipients of this year’s Star Awards from the Maryland Multi-Housing Association. The top two spots in the Workforce Housing category went to Humphrey Management communities. The Villages of Belle Hill in Elkton won a first place gold for the second consecutive year and Spring Valley Apartments in Lexington Park took silver in its inaugural appearance.
The MMHA Star Awards are designed to honor members of the association who exhibit the most outstanding and innovative properties and professionals in the Maryland multi-housing industry. All awards are based on nominations from the membership and are judged by a third party. This is Humphrey Management’s second year participating in the competition.
MMHA considers the Star Awards to be the Oscars of the Multi-Housing Industry. The awards ceremony took place at Martin’s West on Thursday, October 13, 2016. “We are beyond thrilled to be recognized for our communities which help bring affordable, workforce housing to Maryland,” said Deb Hindman, Director of Operations.
