This month, Humphrey Management’s Senior Community, Tiber Hudson, was featured in The Howard County Beacon newspaper.
On the 15th of every month, Tiber Hudson’s community room is transformed into a grocery store for its senior residents. Residents of Tiber Hudson in Ellicott City are able to select from nutritional groceries made possible by ‘Food on the 15th’. The Food on the 15th program is a non-profit volunteer organization - comprised mostly of local school aged children and parents - that supplies free groceries to the elderly residents of Howard County. Groceries are delivered to different apartment communities around the middle of every month to help make ends meet and support a healthy diet to seniors with limited income.
