Dear Burgess Mill,
I wanted to take the time to personally thank you for the outstanding customer service experience I recently experienced while working with your leasing agent, Amber.
I was very grateful for the time and attention Amber gave my family and me as we were researching various housing options within Howard County. The level of personal attention, time, and unhurried information that Amber provided far surpassed the level of attention I received from any other leasing agents I spoke with from 9 other leading luxury apartment complexes in Ellicott City, Columbia, and Elkridge, Maryland.
Furthermore, Amber’s personable and kind manner presented such a welcoming atmosphere that I felt at home in the new complex despite the continuing development and confident that my family’s needs would be addressed in the same manner when renting. In fact, Amber took the time to answer my mother’s questions even outside of her normal work hours. Amber made no inclination that we had caught her outside of work, and we only found out later that she was actually on her personal time when we called the office phone directly.
I usually don’t take the time to send a personal letter of gratitude, however, given the stark difference between the customer service offered by Burgess Mill and other comparable complexes, I felt it right to relay my thanks.
