Mr. Hussain joined the Humphrey Management Human Resources Department in 2008. He has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from the University of Baltimore. He is also a graduate of Georgetown University, having earned a Master’s in Human Resources Management with a specialization in Diversity & Inclusion.

Mr. Hussain is a Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). With over 15 years of experience in the HR discipline, he is passionate about directing and overseeing Human Resources best practices. He is dedicated to creating a robust Corporate Culture and is a results-focused leader who delivers talent management and strategic solutions to one of our most valuable assets – our People. He is a former Board Member and Chairman of the Governance Committee with Bridges to Housing Stability, a nonprofit corporation serving Howard County, MD.
