Ms. Taylor joined Humphrey Management in September 2024 as Vice President of Compliance. Vicki has over 35 years of experience in Property Management, of which she spent 25 years in Operations, ranging in positions from District Manager to Senior Regional Manager. Vicki graduated from Ohio Dominican College with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She holds her CPM (Certified Property Management, KEY#20664) and holds the designations of HCCP, TCS, COS, and BOS.  Vicki currently serves on the Mid-Atlantic AHMA Board of Directors.
