Ms. Sterling began her career in the property management sector in January 2021, specializing in Operations and Human Resources. With over ten years of experience in Human Resources, she has expertise in talent management, employee relations, and employee benefits. Ms. Sterling passionately advocates for Employee Engagement and Development within our organization. As the Learning & Development Manager, she is dedicated to creating career paths and growth opportunities for our most valuable asset—our Team Members. She holds several certifications, including being a DC Office of Human Rights Certified Sexual Harassment Trainer and a Certified Manager of Housing from the National Center for Housing Management. Ms. Sterling is also a proud Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) member. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and unwinding at the beach in her free time.
