Ms. Rice began her career in the property management industry with Humphrey Management in May, 2001.  She started as a Project Accountant and grew in that role until she was promoted to the position of Asset Manager/Financial Analyst.  Both positions have given her unique experience and perspective of the property management industry. Ms. Rice received her bachelor’s degree from Howard University, Washington, DC.
