On July 1, 2013, Humphrey Management assumed management of three apartment communities in Prince George’s County, Maryland. Residents of Overland Gardens, Windsor Crossing, and Windsor Crossing Senior have now joined the Humphrey Management family and we are proud to be able to serve these beautiful communities.
Overland Gardens, located in Landover, Maryland, is a large family community with over 400 apartment homes. Amenities include a fitness center, and business center in the club house. The community also offers afterschool and summer academic enrichment programs including computer training classes and a playground. Family time can also be spent at the beautiful swimming pool, gazebo, or game room.
The Windsor Crossing communities in Suitland, Maryland share the same campus and common amenities in the clubhouse, where residents enjoy the beautiful outdoor swimming pool, business center, and fitness center. Windsor Crossing Senior community is home to 125 seniors, 62 years and over, and also offers residents an amazing beauty salon, doctors office, and on-site laundry. Windsor Crossing provides families with many of the same amenities as the senior community with the addition of a kids’ recreation room for afterschool and summer programs and a playground.
