SatisFacts, the premier Multi-Family Housing Benchmarking organization, awarded Humphrey Management with a Superior rating in customer service for 2016. The SatisFacts Index measured resident satisfaction of over 4.9 million surveys from nearly 350 property management companies in North America and Humphrey Management earned the Superior rating for the third consecutive year.
“This award is important to us because it is based on survey results from our residents,” said Bethany Hooper, President of Humphrey Management. “Every Humphrey Management team member strives to ensure our residents are happy in their apartment homes and in our communities. We use this valuable feedback from our residents to continuously improve our service.”
Residents were surveyed on key topics such as apartment features, community amenities, and services provided by the maintenance and office staff. Each survey is confidential and gives resident the opportunity to provide individual comments and compliments for the Humphrey team to review. In addition, nine Humphrey communities utilize the SatisFacts’ InSiteProgram which surveys residents based on their experiences with Maintenance Requests and at the time of their Move-In. The remaining Humphrey communities are surveyed annually.
