Humphrey Management is pleased to announce the addition of three new properties to its portfolio. Under the ownership of Montgomery Housing Partnership (MHP), Forest Glen Apartments, Hillbrooke Towers, and Hillwood Manor Apartments joined the Humphrey family in June.
All three communities are in Montgomery County and have an established presence in the area. Forest Glen, in Silver Spring, is walking distance to the Forest Glen Metro station off Georgia Avenue. Hillbrooke Towers also in Silver Spring, is nestled in the Sligo Creek neighborhood with a bus stop at the community entrance. Hillwood Manor is tucked away in a wooded setting off of New Hampshire Avenue in Takoma Park. All three communities feature one and two bedroom apartments and have utilities included in the rent.
“This is an exciting opportunity to again partner with MHP as we continue our first project together, the new building for seniors in downtown Silver Spring, The Bonifant. We look forward to working with MHP on these new communities as we bring them into the Humphrey fold,” said Humphrey Management president Bethany Hooper.
Since 1989, MHP has served more than 1400 families in Montgomery County by housing people, empowering families and strengthening neighborhoods. Their mission is to preserve and expand quality affordable housing in Montgomery County.
