Humphrey Management is proud to partner with FDG Development on their latest project, a 36-unit community located in North Carroll County. The quaint small town of Taneytown, pronounced Tawney-town according to locals, is home to this new community of 1-, 2-, & 3-bedroom apartment homes and duplexes. Interest in the community has been huge, and the Humphrey team is thrilled with the response.
