Humphrey Management received two awards at the 2017 Maryland Multi-Housing Association’s Star Awards gala. As the local chapter of the National Apartment Association, MMHA’s event celebrates exceptional property management professionals and their communities, as based on nominations from MMHA members. Entered in two categories, Humphrey took top honors in both. The Villages at Belle Hill won Workforce Community of the Year for the 3rd year in a row, and The Bonifant, which opened its doors in 2016, won Active Adult Community of the Year. Spring Valley Apartments also received a Star Certification for Workforce Community of the Year.
“It was truly an honor to accompany these amazing teams to the awards this year, and watch as their hard work, dedication, and commitment to service was rewarded,” said Kristy Scholl, Director of Sales and Marketing. “Our teams really embrace our foundations, our guiding principles in how we conduct business every day, and this is a testament to their pledge to create thriving communities.”
