Humphrey Management is pleased to announce its recognition as a Top Workplace by the Baltimore Sun for the second consecutive year. This honor holds special meaning as it is based solely on the positive results of employee responses to an independent survey. Humphrey Management attributes its success to the talent and dedication of its team members whose mission it is to provide exemplary customer service to its residents.
One hundred businesses from the greater Baltimore area were designated as Top Workplaces in 2014. Humphrey Management ranked 13th out of 65 employers in the small sized business category which is based on the number of employees working in the Baltimore geographic area. In June the Washington Post ranked Humphrey Management the fourth Top Workplace in the medium size employer category.
The survey conducted by Workplace Dynamics consisted of 22 questions in seven key factors:
