Humphrey Management has been named one of the 2014 Top Workplaces by the Washington Post. Based on the Post survey results of responses from our employees in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, Humphrey Management was ranked fourth (4th) out of 50 employers in the medium size employer category.
The survey conducted by Workplace Dynamics consisted of 22 key indicator questions in such areas as work/life balance, management’s concern for employees, company direction, commitment and motivation, and, pay and benefits. The company direction and the execution of its goals were top on the list of priorities for those surveyed.
