The latest community project is located in scenic Elkton, Maryland, with convenient access to I-95 and easy commutes to Baltimore, Wilmington, and Philadelphia. Building has begun on the site and the community will begin leasing in August 2013.<\/p>\n<p>This new community will consist of 84 manor home apartments. With the manor home design, each resident will have their own private entrance into their apartment and many homes will include a private garage. The innovative apartments provide the comfort of a single-family home with the amenities and affordability of an apartment community.
