Located in Oxon Hill, MD, just over the Washington DC line in Prince George\u2019s County, this Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) community will be home to 163 1 &amp; 2-bedroom senior households. 8 1-bedroom homes are reserved for the Partnership Rental Housing Program (PRHP), 9 apartment homes are reserved for residents earning at or below 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI), 130 homes are reserved for residents earning at or below 60% of the AMI, and there are 16 additional unrestricted 1 &amp; 2-bedroom homes available.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Future residents of this pet friendly, smoke-free community will enjoy an endless variety of amenities.
