Despite a year filled with COVID-19 related challenges, our Humphrey Team has once again earned incredible accolades on management from our residents. Surveys include questions about leasing office responsiveness, maintenance technician work quality and professionalism, and the cleanliness of the apartment homes &amp; community. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Based on resident responses, Humphrey Management has received the 2020 Resident Satisfaction Company Award from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.satisfacts.com\/\"><span class=\"s2\">SatisFacts Research<\/span><\/a>. This year, 80% of Humphrey resident survey responders stated that they were \u201cVery Likely to Renew\u201d their lease, while 91% would recommend their community to a friend.
