The diverse Team Members of Humphrey Management stand in solidarity against racism and against all\u00a0forms of discrimination.\u00a0Our commitments to our code of ethics, fair housing, and equal opportunity hold us accountable to operate with integrity and to stand up for justice.<\/p>\n

Building thriving communities isn\u2019t just a tagline in our logo. It is our mission and our collective passion.\u00a0\u00a0We pause now to reaffirm our commitment to embrace the humanity of us all and the\u00a0absolute right to be treated with dignity and respect.<\/p>\n

Witnessing the loss of precious life at the hands of those charged to protect us is truly horrendous.\u00a0For far too long\u00a0discrimination and bias have robbed so many black men, women and families of their hopes, dreams and even their very lives.\u00a0\u00a0We recognize the need for social change, and to that end pledge to engage in meaningful conversations and work to lead that change.<\/p>\n

Though our hearts remain\u00a0heavy, we will channel our outrage to join forces with people and organizations playing roles to improve the quality of life in our neighborhoods.\u00a0\u00a0There are many voices that were not being heard. Only together can we change that to become one thunderous voice that cannot be ignored. There is much work to be done.\u00a0\u00a0We hope you will join us.<\/p>\n
