Based on the Post survey results of responses from our employees in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, Humphrey Management was ranked fourth (4<sup>th<\/sup>) out of 50 employers in the medium size employer category.<\/p>\n<p>The survey conducted by Workplace Dynamics consisted of 22 key indicator questions in such areas as work\/life balance, management\u2019s concern for employees, company direction, commitment and motivation, and, pay and benefits.\u00a0 The company direction and the execution of its goals were top on the list of priorities for those surveyed.<\/p>\n<p>Humphrey Management is proud to have been selected for this honor and appreciates all of our managers and team members who make our company a great place to work.
