Mr. Castillo joined Humphrey Management in March 2021 as the Director of Compliance and is responsible for overseeing all Affordable Housing Properties’ Compliance. He has over 26 years of compliance experience in affordable housing management and is highly experienced with all funding programs and regulatory agencies.

Mr. Castillo’s certifications include Certified Housing Asset Manager (CHAM), Asset Manager Specialist (AMS), Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Fair Housing Specialist (FHA), National Compliance Professional – Executive (NCP), Certified Property Manager Professional – Candidate (CPM-C).
