The Villages at Belle Hill hosted a tour of the community for Elkton Mayor, Joseph Fisona and Commissioner of Elkton, Mary Jo Jablonski on November 5, 2013. Ms. Jablonski is also the Director of the Elkton Chamber & Alliance and the Director of the Boys & Girls Club of Cecil County. Regional Manager for the community, Deb Hindman, and Scott Link of the Stavrou Companies were tour guides for the guests of honor.
Five buildings have been completed at the community and 42 families have moved in to their homes. Full occupancy of all of the 84 manor home apartments is expected in November.
