We are excited to announce the addition of two new communities to the Humphrey Management portfolio: Bay Forest, in Annapolis, MD and Glen Forest, in Glen Burnie, MD. We are proud to work again with Homes For America, Inc., the owner of these two communities that offer affordable apartment homes for seniors, 62 and older.
Bay Forest and Glen Forest have 120 and 100 total apartments, respectively, and each provides spacious one and two-bedroom homes. The apartments feature fully-equipped kitchens, roomy closets and a balcony or patio.
On site amenities at both communities include a library, fitness center, secure access, exceptional maintenance services, and recreation programs offering fitness, wellness, and social events. Residents of both communities will also enjoy the nearby shops, library, park, and public transportation.
